I wasn't going to say anything but,.. I changed my mind.

Coming from someone who was in the military and in Baghdad,.. shortly after 9 11,..I didn't find it humorous at all,.. from either side.

Keeping a rat in a donut box will get your tegu to try and eat donuts... so not good for them. Also, most of us here feed thawed rats/mice to avoid violent feeding responses like what your vid showed. I get that you're trying to support your family and all, but maybe take your tegu's health into consideration too please?

I'm former military myself, and I also did not find this humorous.

I personally feed F/T rodents, but I acknowledge the fact that feeding live is an owner's personal choice. So I'm not knocking your decision as such. What I *do* have a problem with, is your glorifying the the feeding off of a live animal, all in the name of "humor". The killing of anything should not be... funny.
