View Full Version : Pair of blues
These two will be together for this year. I think the male compliments the female very nicely and would expect the offspring to be rather nice. Hopefully all goes well and I get some eggs, I guess I'll just have to wait and see. Sorry for the crappy pictures, it has been raining on and off. I will be getting better pics of the tegus as the days get even longer and they start shedding out.

Your welcome ;) . I can't wait to see what is going to happen.
I hope that I have a handful of females go this year between B&Ws, Reds, and Blues. Time will tell, but then again getting eggs is just part of the battle.

Does temperature influence gender during development in tegus? anyone, anyone?
Nice avatar, btw
Laura, I never read or seen where Bert explored TDSD. Although he very well could have, it's a shame that he's not around to just email. It would be interesting to find out though as tegus seem to parallel Crocodilians in so many ways.

No, not all reptiles, and there are two types of TSD.
