If Hindu appears to be hibernating, do not offer food. Some hibernating tegus will periodically arouse during hibernation. Keep an eye on the tegu, if it regularly keeps coming out, it likely isn't hibernating and resuming regular care (feeding and such) should be fine.

Um why would you feed if she will go back down? You dont want wrotting food in the stomach.

I have talked to her about this. She is still keeping the lights on all the time, this is probrably why she is not hibernating. But it is like tupinambis said, they will sometimes come out regardless.
