lookin in to getting a new lizard, lookin at croc skinks but not alot of info on them any news

i know a little about croc skinks, i will be happy to share some info with you, though you should research additionally of course. these skinks are really secretive, and will be hiding often. they can eat crix, mealworms and common small feeders, but they relish snails. u need lower temps for these guys, about 75-82. too hot will make them lethargic. They love the shadows, and too many bright lights will stress them. uvb is not needed. They often are quickfooted and are not, at first, "calm" pets. They may need to be tamed so they don't run, but i have heard of them being tame over time on kingsnake.com. More of a display animal, overall. Hope this info clears a little bit up, happy herping. :D
