Blaptica dubia are a good species, though they dont breed as fast as say lobster roaches, but have the advantage over lobsters of not being able to climb glass but they will burrow, orange heads are good non climbing but they will burrow, i dunno id go with dubia though i here lateralis are good too but ive never kept em,dont know any suppliers in the UK but i wish you luck

I mostly use either portentosa hissers or giant cave roaches for grown tegus. You can use Blaptica dubia for growing animals. Give me a shout if you need some, as I often have a surplus.

Has it really been this long since I checked this site???

I don't know whether you are still looking, but I have colonies of several roach species on the go...

Give me a shout if you're still looking for some.

Cheers,
Mark.
