Alright You can drive almost anything into
Mexico. Without having to worry about
customs right? Right!
Now what I'm Wondering is Could I
take a boat to hawaii and get pass
customs as well.

Ok Now should I buy a tank that have had
fish's in it and if so what kind of cleaner
should I used to clean it.

Oh and another thing how long could
a Tegu Live in a 60gal before I would
have to built her an encloser, and
Would I need a better heater than a
Ceramic heat lamp of 150w to heat the
Tank.

Short answer, probably not and if you get caught trying to smuggle one in you could be in a lot of trouble.

I've not been on a ship to Hawaii, but when entering other US ports by ship I had to go through customs, and the luggage was required to be taken to a central clearing area by porters where it was checked, searched, drug dogs, etc...

The one time I flew into Hawaii we had to endure a rigerous search of our possessions because my son had a baseball in his luggage that looked like a piece of fruit on x-ray...and this was 6 years before 9/11...

I would not risk this, the downside is you could find your pet confiscated from you...

A fishtank would be fine. Clean well with a diluted bleech solution and then rinse and air out well before use.

A hatchling can normally live in a 55 gallon for anoout 6 months.

You need UVB lighting and a basking bulb. A cerambic heater isn't needed unless it gets cold inside during the nights when the basking bulb is off. Even then I'd just use a small undertank heater.
