I feel a little better i guess. I read some bad stuff about the guy i bought them from on fauna. I only feel better in the sense that it was nothing I DID to the snakes that got them all messed up.

That hot spot is pretty low.You should raise it to around 90-92 it might help her get started.
Let me elaborate. the hotspot that the snake has selected is 85. It gets hotter the farther up the branch it goes. So if the snake wanted the temp you suggested it is by all means avaiable.
