So how do I get him to eat? He'll only eat eggs and not touch other stuff if I offer it to him

I don't recommend feeding raw eggs. You can mix some ground turkey with the hard boiled eggs. If you have a blender I would mix the eggs and the meat together in there. This way he can't pick out the eggs from the meat .

I have one of the tegus...Chester! He adores egg and would be quite happy to eat only egg the rest of his life, I'm sure. Sometimes I feed raw egg, but as a dip to get him to eat other food. For instance, if I offer him a mouse and he doesn't eat it, I'll dip the head in raw egg and he'll take it.

Ingredients to a tegu buffet- This is a once a month and holiday treat, I also use it for my babies so they get a variety and used to different foods..... ground turkey, hard boiled eggs, superworms, 1 appropriate size mouse, tspoon of monitor diet 2-3 grapes and some cantaloupe & honeydew topped off with pieces of shrimp make sure to mix good ( this is for my adult argentines so only use a little bit of each since hes small) he will smell the eggs but will be forced to eat other things if mixed up properly

That sounds like an awesome treat for any tegu. I didn't know that shrimp was good for tegus. I'm going to use that too once my little guy gets up for the spring. Do you cook the shrimp or not?

I boil the shrimp with the eggs, I dont feed anything raw unless its ground turkey. Shrimp is perfectly fine as long as given in moderation, same as fish. Only other time I suggest feeding eggs regularly is if you buy/rescue a skinny tegu or monitor.
