I can't tell from the pic but if you feel both sides of the vent ( side towards tail) and there are little bumps ( feel like little zits) then you have a male. How old is he/she? It depends on age/size whether or not you will be able to feel them. I was able to feel them on my male at around 20" in length.

Yeah he will have spurs now if he is infact a male. Here is a good youtube vid that shows you exactly where to look for the spurs.
