    Default Hello from Texas!!

Hi, All! I just purchased a baby black and white tegu at the Arlington reptile expo last night and got him home today and I am excited to say the least. As of right now I am the slave of 2 beardies, 2 red head agamas, 3 leopards, and a timors monitor as well as some cats/dogs. It's like a zoo in here O_O. Anywho... I joined this sight to help me gain some knowledge on the tegu and hopefully some ideas on a nice outdoor/indoor living space.

Hi Renesis. Welcome to our Tegu forum family and congrats on your new Tegu . If you don't mind me asking. Where in Texas are you from ? I'm from San Antonio. Here are some links to a Tegu care sheet and some enclosures. Hope this helps for now. Please let us know if we can help you with anything. Everyone on here is very helpful and friendly.

Welcome! I got to visit Texas last summer and it was really nice. I went to San Antonio, great weather, gorgeous landscape. Seems like the humidity is lower than I'm used to, so that is something to keep in mind with tegus.
