    Default White Throats

Some people have asked me about my white throat monitor and to see some pictures well here he is. He's like 2.5 to almost 3 years old he is like 3.4 feet. I got him while he was a hatchling and he is very tame never tried to bite and Doesn't even whip his tail anymore. He just likes baths and laying in my lap. enjoy!

Awww. He is so cute ( and very good looking ) . Thank you for posting the pictures. He looks like a big baby lol. Thank God our black throat never tried to bite us but he still whips us every now and then lol. I wanted to get a banded white cape monitor first but they are so hard to find :( . I'm sorry I forgot if I asked you that before or not. But what does yours like to eat ?

I feed him a mixed diet of large rats, shrimp, ground turkey mixed with repti calcium and eggs, soft boiled eggs, and every once in a while chicken gizzards and hearts. over all though the majority of his diet is the ground turkey its like 60% of his diet I think.

This is about the same diet that I feed our Houdini ( black throat ). For except I give him some liver every now and then and hard boild eggs.
