    Red face Comical Compact

Yesterday, one of my friend gave me a pair of Sternotherus carinatus(razorback musk turtle)

They maybe very common in US I guess, but I've kept a baby razorback musk turtle already
and now I got three of them

    I introduce the newbies
The left is female and the right is male
    Both are matured
They seem they are friendly right now

    This is female
A bit bigger than the male and she has no spots on her shell
A bit ligher skin color than the male

    This is male
A well eater and has got some spots on his shell

    Female
A bit ligher skin color than the male

    Male
    Logger headed

Musk turtle is moving comical and looks compact turtle, no need heating and they eat almost everything
    very easy to keep

    >>like old grandparents! Hahahahahaha. Indeed.
Acuually they are friendly each other and looks older couple.
But they are still young pair. The female's maybe never had pregnant before. ( ´ ▽ ` )
    I'd try to breed them.

Congrats on your new pets . I remember the photos of the one you had first. I like the way they look . Espesially their nose's. The nose's looks like from little pigs lol ( very cute ).

Yeah, the piggy like nose is their charm point. ♪( ´▽`)
They are very very popular in Japan and well bred.
But the CB things never win to the wild in look.
The wild things have much bigger sized head.
Because they eat solid shells in the wild mainly.
On the other hand, the musk turtle in capitivity eat artificial pellet mainly.
I would try to feed shells on mine sometimes if possible. (^O^)/
