Default what type of red tail is this?

i know its a columbian but notice the super awesome dots/lines on him. i havent seen this before, he looks like a really nice anery boa. i only saw his mom and she was pretty dark herself. keep in mind the snake has virtually no color just black and white shades. he was born 14 days ago. shed yesterday ate today.

aren't they called Colombian red tiled boas?
You know you are a reptile owner when you can use tissue and duct tape to bandage a bite while you are working with your scaly critters

Looks like an Anery with a cool pattern. It is not a true "red tail".
