Default My extreme giant x blue hybrids just hatched!!!

Well I am super excited about this. It was the longest 69 days of my life.
The title says what they are. Here are some pictures. I am also putting in one of the parents.

:( the photos in your first post don't work. They are SOOOOO cute . Congrats on all those beautiful babies. How many did you have ( if you don't mind me asking ). Looks like they have more extreme giant in them because they have a green head. Welcome back by they way .
Rich is not how much you have, or where you are going, or what you are.Rich is who you have beside you.

    Awesome!

Just out of curiosity..... Would you ship? And how much would a baby be? I am getting a Varnyard red and (Guys talk to me here) was wondering if they could live together since they will be only a few weeks (not even a full 3 months) apart in age? They would also grow up together, and i am not convinced that they don't have enough intelligence to recognize a buddy versus a Tegu they don't know. If I would need a seperate tank I will have to pass yours up because I really dont have room for more than one cage, lol. I am already pushing it with what I have. I am selling my Dresser to make room and putting shelves in my already crammed closet for my clothes. My mom just gave me a look when I told her as if to say "Really Dillon? Really?". LOL.

From my experience sometimes they get along but not always so you would need the extra space just in case. Hopefully some other keepers will chime in here as well. If things change let me know and I will be shipping them.

They don't always get along. Hatchlings can nip tails or toes, and adults can get territorial and really injure each other.

    No, that's neither a no nor a yes. It's a maybe.

Exactly. I have two tegus that get along and did not grow up together. But I watch them every day for signs of fighting. I have others that wouldn't seem to tolerate roomates, and have tried to house yearlings together that would nip at another's back to chase them off from a basking area.
