    No spices or anything on the sea bass... that would have required the wife to actually do something other than just put meat on the grill =)

    The sea bass has a nice naturally buttery flavor though so it's pretty good plain =)


    From the looks of it, though I can't be sure, they have whats advertised inside. The rabbit definitely has a the appropriate amount of fur for a whole ground carcass. It's ground pretty well, but I think I can feel small pieces of bone when I'm using my fingers to break it up into small bite sized pieces for mac.

    I use a 12 cup cuisinart. It is powerful and effective. I goes through chicken and any meat you can throw in there along with some smaller bones. It is stainless and heavy. I think I paid around $150 at Costco which had them for a limited time. It came with an adjustable blade, dough kneader, a smaller bowl insert, shredder and a couple of other things as well. If you don't shop hard they can run almost $200.
    I wish I still had my Kitchen Aid stand mixer.

    How may Watts does it have ? I love my Kitchenaid Stand Mixer. But to grind up things I use the Ninja.
