The same...Evo, Tiki Cat, Evangers is my favorite. Sometimes I feed Blue Buffalo Spa Select. It has a bit of grain, but also fruits and veggies. This particular flavor is indoor and higher fiber, so has a bit more brown rice. I just hate to say cat food because people think of 9lives and Friskies. haha

Wysong is another one. They have raw, cold processed foods and canned. I use it and EVO for my ferrets.

Just a word of warning when going for these "grinds" - and no, I'm not bashing them at all (if people really want a "premade" food for their tegus, this is by far the best direction to go). Read the ingredients, there are a number of things that are undigestible by tegus (or other reptiles for that matter) and can lead to gastrointestinal fermentation (think of what happens to people lactose intolerant who then drink milk): stear away from wheat, flours, rice, corn (all grains for that matter) and of course dairy products.

Yes, I agree with what tupinambis stated about the undigestible ingredients, but I dont think feeding them this MAYBE 1x a month or less is going to hurt them. The frozen raw diets are of course way healthier than any canned diets....

I'm with tupinambis. I also don't like to eat things or give it to our pets that has stuff in it that I can't read/understand on the lable lol.
