    Oh, OK. Before I got my digital scale ( for shipping boxes for ebay ) I brought our Tegus to petsmart. They have a Vet there and they have that very big scale for the dogs. Or we brought them to our Vet and weight them. They do it for free.

    I forgot to mention that I always had them on a reptile leash and went there early in the morning or right before they closed. This way I didn't had to worry about to many/ or any dogs being around to scare them.

    Eats until he is full I get a live chicken from the poultry place around t he corner and have it chopped up

    Ok so I added leaves from the park wit bigs today too Godzilla enclosure bit I also noticed that the kast two days he has been real lazy moving slowly amd not eating is he ok or os he just adjusting

    I don't want to tell you what to do. But I don't recommend giving him anything that comes from the outside like the park. You never know if a animal that is sick went to the bathroom on those leaves. Or if he can get some parasites from the leaves. Or if there is anything toxic in there like plants/flowers. Maybe I'm just over reacting. But I always try to go better safe than sorry.

    I understand a lot of people been doing it for years for there bio-active substrate and now I'm trying it they never had problems
