    Very cute . Those are some very nice photos. It looks like he is going to shed very soon. You can tell by the pinkish nose he has. When a Tegu is going to shed they have a pinkish nose and the scales look more dull. On the head when it suppose to be a light color will turn darker. I don't want to tell you what to do. You do have a very nice enclosure. But I recommend putting a real rock or slate ( not on top of the mulch so he doesn't dig underneath it ). This will help to file down his nails .

    He is absolutely adorable! and growing so fast! Can't wait for Ssra to wake up so he will grow, lol.

    Thank you Kaylorin Yeah tooo fast, i think he was about 8'' inches when i bought him! He was so little and cute in the store! I saw your lizards now, u have many tegus hehe! Really nice so se them all taking a bath!

    txrepgirl: i have a better rock on my backyard but its under all snow thanks for the tips about the nails! The black walls in the enclousure is a very hard plaster so its almost like rocks!

    Your welcome . I wouldn't dig around in the snow either to find the rock lol. What did you use to paint the walls ?
