    Hi Avel,
How has this been working for you? I got my first tegu a couple of days ago and the guy I bought it from gave him/her to me in a heavy plastic tub(2 feet by 18 inches), and I am very worried that it is not good enough. He is a gold Columbian tegu and is 18 inches long including tail, and the guy told me he is less than 6 months. He has aspen bedding, a water dish, a hide rock and for now I have two covers laying on top of the tub- a non- fitting screen that the guy gave me that just lays over the one side and a tin cake pan on the other side. On the screen are two lights- a UV and a blue heat light. I want to get him a proper tank but no one seems to have the size that I have read that he needs, so I am thinking of buying a container like the one you have shown above till I can get the tank. How is it working for you and how long can you keep a tegu in it?
    Sincerely,
    Reptilelover

get rid of the aspen and get mulch and 18 inches is pretty big for a tank that small at that point he should be in a minimum of a 55 gallon tank
