thanks guys . i bought the wrx new back in 09 and started building it since 3000 miles lol. she now is built and put down 450whp at 22psi. im still on the stock 5spd and once i can afford a 6spd swap, it will be turned up to 30-33psi and we will c what she makes. rough estimate is 520-550whp. she also is meth injected (tanks in trunk).

now back to my tegu enclosure build lol. well, the back is now on, top is on, and all necessary supports and braces are all in.

"still need to cut 2 braces for the bottom of the center support"

found the center and marked off where the window will be put. also measured a half inch virticaly and horizontaly in from each corner and made a dot. I used a 1" hole cutter and placed the tip of the bit on the dot and cut a hole at each corner. now i will have 1/2" radius's instead of 90 degree corners. My buddy started cutting out the window.

very nice set up! Can't wait for my husband to build me one but it will be awhile since I just got my baby Tegu today. My husband will be building a new indoor enclosure for my Savannah Monitor. He has a big cage for outside but not inside!

with all the success i've been dealt, failure was around the corner lol. neadless to say, i went out and bought alittle wood filler for some unwanted sloppy lineups. i got the front on and lined the plywood up with the top and it came out great, so i screwed in some screws to hold the wood.....i then found out that the bottom had a 3/4" gap. made sense though. the wood came from home depot in 8 x 4 sheets and my enclosure is 4' high. the plywood is 3/4" thick. to flush everything out, i had to take 3/4" away from the bottom so the top lined up flush. I then used a scrap piece of wood that i cut off a previous board to make a skirt in the front to cover up the wheels and make a nice finish. Well........the wood from the factory wasnt COMPLETELY square or straight. check out the pics. i will fill in ALL gaps with wood filler on the outside and caulk on the inside. i guess i will be painting the outside now lol.

now that i ran into some trouble, i needed a big piece of wood for the inside to successfuly connect the top half of the front and the bottom skirt to make the front stiff and secure. so i went on an unexpected home depot run with my 2002 subaru ts wagon. im happy it all fit lol. i bought a 2x6 and 2 more 2x3's for an internal crossmember to support the top.

i love how you can clearly see all the dog hair in the back seat lmao -__-

just a random pic i never used lol
