Hi Chris. I don't want to be rude. But I think you are asking WAY to much for just a domain name. For this kind of price it should be a forum with lots of members and maybe a store front. It's a lot cheaper to go directly to GoDaddy and give them a Tegu name ( like you did ) and pay them to register it. With this price the hosting should also be included. I'm paying just $9 a month for hosting this website. When I typed in redtegu.com in the google surch it wasn't even on top of the list ( it should for this price ) or on the first page. Someone would have to pay for some SCO. I know I'm being harsh with you and I apologize for it but it's a very big rip off. I understand you are trying to make some money. But since this is my forum and I'm trying to watch over my ( our ) Tegu forum family I just had to be honest about this. Hope you understand.

I fully understand and respect your reply but as I am sure you noticed that I also have it marked for best offer. Yes I could easily build a site and offer a simple forum and rank it on Google with a pinger but I am not going to spend time doing that just to jack up the price. Building the site and reputation of the site is the job of the person who wants the site as a whole not just a name. The name was appraised for $1900 to $3500 based just on the name, content of the name and google searches of the names content. Your site is appraised at $79k do you see the difference? It's a recognizable name that surely someone will purchase and I was only making the offer here where someone might appreciate the opportunity before it gets dumped into the hands of domain investors.

Oh, Ok. Thank you for explaining it and not for getting upset with me for being so harsh. If you don't mind me asking. Who did you get it appraised from ?
