    Default Hello

Been lurking around this site for a while now thought I'd introduce myself.

No Tegus as of yet, Will be building my cage here soon, and then debating waiting until june for a hatchling blue tegu, or to go ahead and get a A B&W. Any preferences out there?

Hi mwheeler. Welcome to our Tegu forum family. We have five ( used to be six ) Tegus. 2 male Argentine b/w Tegus, 1 male 1 female All American Tegu ( 1/4 red, 1/4 blue and 1/2 extreme giant/chacoan ) Tegus and 1 male blue/red hybrid ( 25 % red and 75 % blue ). I all love them the same. They all have their own unique personality. If you need some good Tegu breeder names let me know. Please feel free to ask us as many questions as you like.

I've been in Contact with Johnny from TeguTerra regarding his Blue Tegus coming this June, and then I've been looking around for B/W's that actually have them in stock. Stumbled upon Big Apple Herps who have them, but just researching the quality of their herps now.

Johnny has some great Tegus. Have you checked out TY Park yet ? I ordered a red Tegu baby for a friend of mine last year and we both are very happy with the Tegu and with TY Park. Great service. They might have some Argentine b/w Tegus soon.
