    These are my new albino red tegus....

    Just kidding...haha! Jon from Albinos Unlimited has this pair and shared some photos on our Facebook group last night. I didn't think he would mind if I brought them here as well.

    looks cool, maybe its just the pic but the male doesnt look like he has any scales on his face

    Male doesn't look even remotely male to me and I'm pretty sure they're at least 2 or 3 years old so I'd think there'd be some jowels there by now but who knows.

    Wow. They look awesome. I really like the female a lot. Thank you so much for sharing. I have never heard or seen a red albino Tegu before.

    I have never owned an albino before. I am curious as to how they hold up health wise. I have read, but do not know that, albino animals which need uvb can be a problem because the lack of melanin makes them prone to sunburns. If so, there is obviously a way around it as they seem to grow up fine?
