That looks to be plain ground meat, are you supplementing in any manner?

Unfortunately that is going to be insufficient. Meat is calcium poor, and the old stand by of " a dusting once in a while " is a recipe for disaster. If you're using meat/organs/etc (non whole prey), then for each pound of meat you need to add about a tablespoon of powdered calcium.

Thanks for the advice. I dust every portion of the raw meat, and I do dust every meal. She does get whole prey twice a week (fuzzy mice). I was told those do not need to be dusted. Is that true? Thanks.

Correct, whole prey does not need calcium supplementation.

Very nice videos. She is a great eater. I mentioned the same thing about the Calcium on your youtube channel since I couldn't see any white powder on the meat or saw it in your description. If she keeps eating like this she will get big very fast. I'm glad to see that she likes the fruits, too. She is such a good girl.

Your welcome . Wow she can chow down lol. I left a comment about the fruit on your youtube channel ( shower curtain ). Just if you want to I would give her the next size up in the rodent. The reason why I'm saying this is because she is eating the ones in the video without a problem. The good thing about feeding some bigger ones is that the bones on the bigger ones are more matured. This makes the calcium in the bones much better for her. You also can feed a bit less since she will be full sooner. It's also cheaper if you feed like 2 or 3 bigger ones than about 5 small ones. I don't know where you are getting your rodents from. But if you want to you can check out Rodentpro.com. I have been getting mine from them for years now. I know the shipping might sound a bit high. But if you think about how much you spend at the pet store ( you never know how long those rodents have been dead ) and spend money on gas it's still cheaper getting them in bulk. Here is a video of one of my orders. Rodentpro takes the orders first. Then kills the feeders. After I get my order I use my vacuum sealer and portion them off. This way I don't have to worry about any freezer burn.

I will definitely check them out. What size would you recommend for the rodent? I don't want her to choke. Thanks.
