I go by the label on powdered calcium which is 1 tablespoon per pound of meat. I don't use cod liver oil, but I do use calcium with Vit D alternating with calcium without D. Everyone seems to do these a bit differently. Some use calcium without D, some use cod liver oil, some use calcium with D. I also use a variety of brands: Zoo Med, Cal-Stron, Miner-All. It depends on who gives me free samples, haha.
