Hi Amur. Welcome back. I'm sorry for taking so long to reply to your questions. Here are some videos and information for you to check out hope it helps. It is very important that the wood is entirely seals. I would use the drylok to keep the wood from molding because of the high humidity in the enclosure. The caulk is for sealing the corner.
It's easier to pre-drill everything first because the areas where you want to drill is easier to reach then after you put the enclosure together. I recommend putting a vent ( link below ) in the enclosure to where you can control the humidity. It is also very important to stir up the mulch every so often so the mulch doesn't get to wet on the bottom. If it's to wet your Tegu could get a upper respiratory infection. Please make sure that you are able to open and close the vent.

If you use melamine you don't need to use the drylok.
It would be good if you could find a humidifier that you can set on what humidity you want it on so it doesn't get to wet in there.
