Nice looking Gu, very nice setup! should have some type of bedding, and some more hiding places.

Hi vagabond. Welcome to our Tegu forum family and congrats on your new Tegu. He is very cute . I don't want to be rude and tell you what to do. But I recommend putting some substrate in the enclosure like cypress mulch. Please do not use cedar or pine/aspen ( I always get those two confused I'm sorry ). They are toxic. The reason for the bedding is so he has a humid place to dig into. This will help with the shedding . Thank you for posting the photos. Very nice enclosure by the way. Please make sure he can't open the doors. They are stronger than we think.
Rich is not how much you have, or where you are going, or what you are.Rich is who you have beside you.
