    Default Best food for roaches?

I'm investigating starting a roach colony and I was just wondering what everyone feeds their colonies? Thanks!

I use organic mix off of Reptayls.com and some carrots as water. They work out well the the food is REALLY nice for a really good price.

for dry food i use chick starter, fish flakes and ground up rodent blocks

for "wet" food i use romaine lettuce, bok choy and kale

i only use the wet food the night before i feed em off to my lizards the rest of the time their moisture is provided by carrots

i use oats and occasional fruit and greens. mist the enclosure down to supply some water and they'l live for months. If you want to keep any animal alive, make sure there's water.
