    Do you know if it is Anthony Allis's Exotics Express?

    If so...I bought a dwarf retic from them, and I was told it was cb, but I have doubts. When it came it had mites and was lethargic, and wouldn't eat. After a few days it became very agressive, and one could not even walk by the enclosure without him striking the glass. Within 2 weeks, he was dead. It has now been two months of attempting to get a replacement or refund. He has kept me waiting just long enough to not be able to do a chargeback through paypal. I have currently given him 48 hours to give me a refund. We'll see what happens...

    In other words, I would be VERY cautious... :evil: :evil: :evil:

    I ordered 11 b&w tegus
    I received 10 on the wrong day after I was given a shipping day and at the wrong address.
    An address that was confirmed by email 3 days prior to shipping, in a regular non insulated
    box.
    I will not ship a reptile in an uninsulated box.
    These are live animals not toys.
    I live where it gets very hot and this could have been a very fatal mistake.
    Especially when you ship it to the wrong address.
    No name ever was given or phone number.
    I was finally told today I would be refunded through paypal after 2 days of emails with no response.
    I am also wondering if these are really c.b. or really f.b.
    They are eating well now.
    On live crickets.
    I have messed up a few orders in the passed.
    I have never not called or informed the customer of my mistake immediately.
    I missed a whole day of work waiting for nothing.
    No call or email even saying if he or she had sent it .
    I received the tracking number the day the package actually came.
    I had to track down the package and figure out where it was sent with no help from the sender.
    It showed up at 5:00 p.m..
    I was given horrible customer service.
    I will wait and see if i get a refund.
    I am not trying to bad mouth any one but this is shady business in my book.
    Asking the customer to buy more after you did not send the whole first order is suspicious to me.
    I felt lucky I got the 10 period.
    I just wanted basic info and a some customer service.
    The same service I give my customers.
    Sure wish one of these guys would sell c.b. babies to me out here on the west coast for my shop.

    After my not so nice letter to them, I was told I would get a refund today 8O ...I guess we shall see ...I'll let y'all know...but I won't hold my breath..:evil: :evil: :evil: :evil:

    I did get a refund.
    I will apologize.
    I also made an error.
    The no name no response thing is weird and made me leary.
    I still do not have any info about the tegus or where they came from.
    I no better but wanted to offer my customers affordable tegus
    I did get the order so in the end the deal was honored.
    I would pass next time just because of lack of support or info .
    I was told c.b. and given f.b. this is a big deal when you only sell c.b. reptiles
    It goes against what we stand for.
    Maybe they had a rough week .

    Well, as of today I have still not received my refund...

    He told me he was depositing money into his paypal account back when I posted my last message, and then tells me that he has problems with it, so he will have to send it..again, we'll see.

    I also found out that that snake whick was supposed to be captive bred was captive hatched from fresh imports, so it may as well have been wild.

    The lack of response is quite aggrevating, but he is nice about everything when he does respond...dunno what else to say...I'll let you know if I ever get my refund.

    hope it works out
    I had paypal problems with him also
    who ever did respond was nice.
    I just feel weird doing transactions with people who do not give their name
    I had my email go down for a week and was not getting any emails and have been getting nasty letters for 2 days now
    I have learned to be much more forgiving.
