    Thanks everyone. Laura, I hadn't thought about the sodium balance, that's probably right though. Maybe if I had taken animal physiology instead of dropping it twice...

    LOL! I just have to pre-empt what I say to make sure it applies to reptiles. I studied large animal physiology at the U of FL (horses, cows, pigs, poultry), then got my BS in Cardiopulmonary and studied a lot of human physiology. I guess some things are the same with reptiles, but some things are very different. You can always go back and pick up that physiology class.
