I am also sorry he is mad. I agree with txrepgirl, it probably won't be long before he gets attached to the new tegu.

    We're better!

I haven't had time to show him the new tegu yet. My dancer daughter is in our city's Nutcracker production and I've been working backstage as well. It's been busy, busy, busy.

Chester is so darn cute and sweet! I'll post pics when after the weekend when I get a chance.

I wish I could find a woman who likes reptiles, especially carnivorous lizards. Lol. Every girl that sees my collection freaks out!

Shonuff. Don't worry she is out there . I'll pray for you that God will send her your way. Don't give up. My boyfriend wanted a Tegu 4 years ago and we finally got our first one 2 years ago and look how many we have now ( six of them ) and how I cuddle up with them and kiss them lol. When we first saw one at a reptile meeting at a mom and pap pet store ( full grown one ) I told my boyfriend " heck now we are not getting a big lizard like that " . Yea right. Now I'm so in love with them and very addicted to them, too lol. Hang in there the time will come.

Lol. I'm not too worried about it. Although it would be nice.

It's all good! It's definitely not your fault; I should have handled it better.

Anyway, hubby is fine and Chester is doing well, but a little off his feed. Now that the Christmas hustle and bustle is over, I should be able to snap a few pics tomorrow when he wakes up to bask.

I'm so surprised Snakecharmer sold/rehomed/got rid of Chester. How lucky for you, Laura, that you got him. I've heard he is super nice. Did she advertise him for sale?

Im surprised myself, I almost backed out several times and I do miss him. I had to lighten my load of critters due to a lot of life changes. Sadly, out my 3 tegus he was the last to come and I am much more bonded to my other 2 argentines. I know he is in good hands.
