tegu diarrhea concern.

today when my desmond released his mess, it was completely diarrhea.
all i've fed him this week are 2 pinkies, strawberries, and eggs. today he just finished beef liver and ground turkey when he defecated.

should i be concerned? his poop yesterday was normal..

Try just some pinkies next time and see how he does- it's probably a temporary thing

Sometimes eggs cause loose stools in some of my tegus. Just for the record, those foods are low in calcium, so be sure to supplement with a calcium powder that does not contain phosphorous.

When I feed my Tegus some fruit, fresh fish or eggs they get a very loose stool, too ( and it can stink very bad lol ). Or when I feed them to much raw meat. When I give them some frozen/thawed rodents it goes away.
Now if your Tegu still has some runny stool after eating some rodents ( try some fuzzies and not pinkies if your Tegu is big enough to eat them ) then I would get desmond checked for parasites.
